Work
Experience:
Bill has over 25 years of business and ministry experience. He has
served in
various leadership roles in the Hospitality Industry, Healthcare
Industry,
Retail Publishing Industry, Discount Retail Industry and the Church.
He
serves the local church in a variety of leadership and teaching
roles. Bill is
very skilled at organization, teambuilding, collaboration and
implementation of organizational vision, goals and objectives
resulting in
growth.
Education Experience:
B.A. – Political Science/Psychology/Public Administration from
DePauw
University,
M.P.A. – Public Administration with a concentration in
Organizational
Development and Management System Analysis from the Graduate School
of Public Affairs – University of Colorado,
M.A.C.E. in Biblical/Systematic Theology and Teaching from Dallas
Theological Seminary and
D.R.S. – Doctor of Religious Studies with a concentration in
Christian
Management and Leadership from Trinity Theological Seminary.
Bill’s Dissertation is entitled, “The Relationship of Personal
Identity
Transformation in Christ and leadership Effectiveness.”
Teaching
Experience:
Bill has over 10 years of teaching experience in the role of adjunct
professor in
two Universities. He has taught introduction courses in the Old and
New
Testaments and Introduction to Religion. Currently he serves a local
College
and teaches courses in applying a Biblical worldview in the
workplace,
leadership/management and strategic thinking.
